Every year we join the rest of the nation in a Point in Time count, this is a night where volunteers and organizations come together to collect anonymous data to create a snapshot of how many individuals and families are experiencing homelessness in our communities on a single night of the year. This data then helps support potential funding for supportive services throughout the year and helps to show growth or reduction of homelessness. In our community that means offering a survey that individuals can take anonymously, and in order to collect the most accurate data, this survey begins after sundown on the night of January the 29th.
